NACCUG management today have invited members of credit union management to discuss the upcoming 2nd West Africa SACCO Regional Meeting scheduled for 23rd to 26th April 2019 at Paradise suites hotel, Banjul, The Gambia. In a bid to strengthen regional blocks and Cooperative presence across the continent, ACCOSCA organizes annual regional meetings in the respective regional blocks with the aim of integrating regional cooperatives as a means to accelerating growth and development of the Cooperative movement in Africa. The meeting will specifically provide a platform for cooperators and stakeholders in the sector to identify key issues affecting the SACCOs in the region and consequently design common and efficient strategies for regional development. Under the theme “Using the Cooperative Model to break down Regional and National Barriers.” the meeting will further provide long lasting solutions to challenges that hinder development of SACCOs that are particularly unique to the region and also forge a united front based on strong and efficient institutions. It is against this background that we invite you to be a part of this very important Regional Meeting. The registration fees is USD 400.
